Clean, Modern Cabins. Included in each unit are all bed linens; a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils; drip coffee maker; microwave; toaster; charcoal grill, picnic table, TV with cable hook-ups. All cabins have either a deck, patio or screened porch, most cabins also have a fireplace. Please bring your own towels for bathroom, kitchen and beach. Each cabin also comes with one covered boat slip, except cabin #12 which comes with two covered boat slips.

A deposit of $300.00 per cabin is required to secure your reservation.  In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded (less a $50 service charge) if all resort vacancies are filled at full season rates or is completely refundable if you have a replacement. Telephone reservations will be held for five days while awaiting deposit. We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

You are responsible for the full length of your confirmed reservation. Balance of cabin rental is due upon check-out. Guests are responsible for any damages to Birch Villa’s property.

No additional charge for extra people, charge is based per cabin not per person.

All resort guest must register at the lodge prior to going to reserved cabin.

Check-in Time:  3:00 p.m. Saturday. Please allow us the necessary time to prepare your cabin by observing the check-in time. There will be absolutely no early check-ins, if you arrive early you will not be allowed to dock your boat or unload your gear until the check-in time of 3:00.

Check-out Time:  9:00 a.m. Saturday

We are sorry but because of the liability we will no longer allow pets.  Do not bring a pet in hopes it will be allowed, you will either forfit your cabin or need to find a boarder to house your pet.
